Does this quote speak to you? It does to me, that’s for sure! I just knew when I saw this quote that I had to make it and share it as my last design of the year. That’s right, I’ll be back to designing the first week of January, but for 2019, this is it.
This free svg cut file is perfect to make as a last minute shirt for yourself and if you’re a hot mess mama like me then it’s perfectly suitable.
I want to remind you that if you’re making this into a shirt, you don’t have to make it using two colors of iron-on vinyl, though I think for this design the 2 colors are perfect.
If you’re intimidated by cutting two different colors and then figuring out how to press it, you can simply weld this design in your cutting machine software and send it to cut out all in one color.
Perhaps you can experiment with colors if layering is just too much for you or if you’re in a hurry to get this project done. Try using glitter, shimmer, holographic or foil iron on vinyl to get a really shiny look.
The most important thing to remember when you’re using a different iron on material is to check the manufactures recommendation for pressing time, pressure and temperature. You’ll also want to find out if you’ll need to do a hot or cold peel.
This design would look great on a shirt, but it could also make for a really cool phone case decal, in which case you’d just want to use permanent vinyl to make sure it sticks on there nicely.
