First, I want to start off this post by saying that I am amazed by this quote and how well it goes with the “Peeps” theme that I’m going for with my next few freebies here on the blog.
I do want to say that I did not come up with this quote on my own, but when I saw it, upon doing some research for upcoming designs I just knew that I had to make it and share it on here with you.
“Jesus Loves His Peeps” is so deep and perfectly adorable for an Easter shirt or decor item. I hope you love this one!
As I mentioned above this would look great on either a shirt or a decor item, but I decided to go with a pillow case for my mockup of this design because I think that having this on a couch throughout the month of April would be a great way to remind ourselves that we are loved by Jesus.
If you’ve never used your cutting machine to put designs onto pillow cases, you should start now because it’s so fun and easy to add holiday decor to your home.
That’s one of the reasons why I love my cutting machines. They allow me to decorate my home without going broke at Michaels or Hobby Lobby … though I still give both of those stores lots and lots of money, but I shall call it support lol.
If you’re looking for places to purchase blank pillow cases, look no further than Amazon. They seriously have every color and style available, plus Prime shipping! These are the ones that I like to buy.
My one tip with putting designs on pillow cases is to choose material that is comfortable on your skin. For example, I will not use glitter iron-on because it is too textured and therefore itches when you lay on it or rest on it.
Just something to keep in mind when making designs that also need to be functional and not just for decoration.
